Eric Perry is a senior manager with more than 30 years of experience working across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors to impact diverse communities.  Eric has traveled extensively throughout emerging markets in Asia and Africa looking for content for media sales companies, including his own.  He switched gears to explore the public sector and obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, which he put to good use at two New York State agencies.  He was the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development as well as Deputy Vice President, for a total of six years at MTA Bridges & Tunnels, the country’s largest toll collector with annual gross revenues of $1.5 billion.  He served in the same capacity for the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, a 2013 startup agency with $4 billion in funding for rehabilitation and mitigation in areas affected by Superstorm Sandy and others.  He has returned to Harris Rand Lusk for a second time where he continues to problem solve on behalf of clients, and make a lasting impact in the practice areas of human resources and leadership.
