Elly Kirschner

Elly Kirschner is the Director for Healthcare and Advocacy and has been with Harris Rand Lusk since 2010. Elly’s focus is on health care, education, and advocacy searches. Prior to coming to HRL, she worked with a variety of non-profit organizations in the areas of program management, communications, and marketing. Elly served as the Program Director at the Young Survival Coalition, and as the Director of Breast Cancer Information at National Alliance of Breast Cancer Organizations. She has also worked with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, as well as the New York State Psychiatric Institute. Elly has a broad knowledge of the New York nonprofit community and has a particular passion for women’s health and increasing access to, and equity of, health care.

Elly earned an M.S. from the Harvard School of Public Health, an M.A. in Health Advocacy from Sarah Lawrence College, and a B.A. in religious studies and medical ethics from the University of Virginia.
